Which appointment should I book?
Initial Osteopathy Appointment
Choose this if you are a new patient or an existing patient seeking help with a new concern.
Your initial appointment allows time to discuss your health history, examine the problem, explain our findings and develop an appropriate management plan.
Initial Paediatric Osteopathy Appointment
Choose this when booking a baby, child or adolescent with Roz for a new concern.
The appointment includes a detailed history, an age-appropriate assessment and a discussion of the findings and available care options.
30-Minute Follow-Up
Usually suitable for ongoing treatment with Roz when the concern has already been assessed.
45-Minute Follow-Up
Usually recommended for ongoing treatment or exercise rehabilitation with Josh, particularly when additional assessment, rehabilitation or exercise progression is required.
Exercise rehabilitation
If you would like to begin exercise rehabilitation with Josh, book an Initial Osteopathy Appointment first. This allows him to assess your presentation and develop an appropriate rehabilitation plan.
If your practitioner has recommended a particular appointment length, please follow their advice.
